POSITION SUMMARY: Exceed the customer experience by delivering outstanding customer service and encouraging customers to rent and purchase more products more frequently.
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide outstanding service by delivering the G.U.E.S.T. service standards all the time, every time. • Maintain a consistent and current level of knowledge on Blockbuster products and services. • Assist in implementing and communicating promotional programs. • Notify Manager-on-duty of any unresolved customer issues. • Accurately record all transactions. • Follow store operating procedures as directed by Manager-on-duty and company policy and procedures. • Attend staff meetings as scheduled by Manager. • Participate in store inventory management process. • Assist in training new employees. • Maintain store interior and exterior to company standards.
REQUIREMENTS: • Excellent customer service attitude and skills. • Friendly and enthusiastic. • Good “suggestive” selling skills. • Excellent punctuality and attendance. • Experience in handling cash. • Experience in retail, entertainment or hospitality industry an asset. • Love Movies and Games!
