As a locally-owned and authorized independent dealership, You''ll be recruiting, hiring, training, leading and retaining a Direct Sales force of 3 Major Account Managers along with a group of Business to Business Sales Specialists. You''ll lead the new business marketing campaign and aggressively manage the sales pipeline to exceed plan. Communicates frequently with customers and prospects in an effort to improve customer service and increase sales. Assists reps in closing deals. Develop and manage new business programs and activities.
