Participate in level 1a - 2/3 support; analyze issues and resolves problems and develop continuous improvements in the Data Power, Middleware area
Primary Skills: Data Power, knowledge of ADM methodology and AO tools, offshore delivery expertise. WAS Admin, MQ, MB
Secondary Skills: Unix Admin, Unix Shell Scripting, C, SOA.
